Wando June 17 (8 Weeks)

Click here to read all my posts on wando peas.

At the eight week point of growing my wando peas, the flowering has begun. It’s always exciting when the flowers first begin appearing on any plant. Wando peas have nice white flowers that tend to form towards the tops of the plants. Within about 2 weeks, the peas should be ready to pick. These peas take longer to be ready for harvest than snap peas, because you are waiting for the peas inside to get large, while with snap peas, you don’t want the peas to get large because that would mean the outside is too tough to eat.
