    Amish Country Rainbow Blend Popcorn

    Published: Jan 14, 2010 Β· Modified: Apr 4, 2019 by Eric Samuelson

Wabash Valley Farms makes a variety of different popcorn blends under their Amish Country line. I picked up their rainbow blend at the Bulk Food Warehouse in Port Huron (it it also available online). The kernels are multiple colors including white, yellow, red and blue. When you pop the popcorn the color it is still white, althought the shade of white differ with each type. Each kernel has a unique flavor, so when you eating your popcorn you are getting a slightly different experience with each bite. I haven't had any problems with it popping up well (click here to learn how to make your own microwave popcorn). I place my popcorn in a clear glass jar on a shelf in my kitchen, so that not only is it tasty, but it add to my decor.
