Book Review - Betty Crocker's Christmas Cookbook

Betty Crocker is an American icon in the kitchen. They have published countless cookbooks over the years. The one you want for this of year is their Christmas Cookbook. If you are looking for a ton of recipes than this is the book for you. If you are looking for more of a teaching book, than you will need to look elsewhere. This book is for the person who already knows their way around a kitchen, not a beginner (although I am sure a beginner would be able to handle a lot of the recipes, I think they would be better off with a "learning cookbook" first). It's not to say this book doesn't teach at all. There is a section on how to turn food into gifts. You can also learn how to make ornaments from dough, candle holders, napkin rings, and more. It's a book to check out if you are looking for some ideas this holiday season.
