There is a new PBS food show that I am excited about that will be hitting the airways in April. It is called Food Forward. The show is to highlight people who are making a difference in how food is seen and grown in America. It's about regular everyday people. No celebrities here. The show will be covering such topic as school lunch reform, urban agriculture, sustainable fishing, grass-fed beef, and soil science. I posted a video trailer of the show below.
PBS just provided a list of when the show will debut across their stations. The day and time will vary by station. For my local PBS station out of Detroit, the show will air Wednesday, April 11th @ 11pm. I will be doing a review of the show once I have seen it.
