Upcoming Good Eats : The Ballad of Salty and Sweet

For all my readers who are Alton Brown fans, set your DVRs for next Monday, March 8th, 2010, at 8pm (on Food Network of course) for the next new episode of Good Eats entitled "The Ballad of Salty and Sweet". According to my program guide, the episode will feature a recipe for bacon pralines.

Also to those wondering what happened to the scheduled episode "The Curious Case of Curry" I am wondering myself. My DVR was set to record on February 22nd, but it disappeared from my schedule. So I searched for it again and found nothing. A couple people have searched for why it didn't air and came upon my site. I send an e-mail to Food Network last week, but never received a response, so the reason is still a mystery to me.
