Ground Turkey and Pasta Soup
A great way to entice your child to eat meat and include some delicious ingredients that you know they'll love!
Servings 6 kid-sized servings

- ¼ lbGround Turkey
- 8 oz Whole Wheat Mini-pasta such as stars, ABC's or Farfarle
- 2 C Turkey or Chicken Stock
- 1 C Water
- 1 Carrot grated
- Salt to taste
Bring the turkey stock and water to a boil in a large pot.
Add pasta and cook until al dente.
While pasta is cooking,season the turkey with salt and pepper, and brown in a non-stick pan.
Add the turkey and grated carrot to the pot and stir.
Cook soup for 5 minutes at a simmer.
Serve!
