Costco Pork Chops for Grilling

Want to grill some pork chops this Memorial Day? Let us show you what you can pick up at Costco.

Costco offers packs of mixed rib and loin bone-in chops for around $2.49/lb.

Top loin chops are either boneless or bone-in. You can also find thin sliced that will cook super fast on the grill.

The best deal is to buy a whole boneless pork loin and cut it into chops yourself. Cost will be around $1.99 a pound.

You can slice the chops as thick or thin as you like. Just try to keep them the same thickness for even grilling.

Worried about your pork being too dry? Soak it in a brine before grilling.

Here is what you need for a brine: – 2 cups vegetable broth – ½ cup kosher salt – ½ cup light brown sugar – 2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns Soak for 2 hours. Then grill!

To ensure that your pork is not dry and perfectly cooked use an Instant Read thermometer.
