Air Fry Tteok Bok Ki Korean Spicy Rice Cakes from Trader Joe's

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Trader Joe's Tteok Bok Ki Korean Spicy Stir-Fried Rice Cakes
  • cooking oil to coat the rice cakes

Instructions

  • Remove the sauce package from the bag. Place it in a bowl with warm water from the tap. Set aside.
  • Place the rice cakes you are going to use into a bowl. Drizzle your choice of oil onto the rice cakes. Stir to evenly coat with a thin layer of oil.
  • Place in the basket of your air fryer, making sure not to crowd the basket. You want them in a single layer to cook evenly. Work in batches if you need to.
  • Set your air fryer to 375 degrees for 3 minutes.
  • After the 3 minutes. give your basket a shake to toss the rice cakes. Now cook for another 3 minutes at 375.
  • Remove and serve immediately with the sauce. Add sauce to taste.
