Want a turkey for Christmas, do you just love them and want to cook them more than just for the holidays? Shopping at the grocery store for a turkey the days after Thanksgiving can be a great way to save money. While the frozen turkeys at the store don't go bad, the fresh ones need to be sold. Often I find some on reduced price that you can get and then freeze for later. Since the grocery stores are pretty empty right after Thanksgiving you have a better chance of scoring one.
