    🛒 Before You Checkout

What you need to know before you checkout at the grocery store or market:

Guys I mentioned Burlap and Barrel a lot in this episode. I do so because I truly love their spices, ever since I discovered them and feel in love with their mission. They have changed the food I make. The spices are so good that I can take simple meals like sautéing some chicken thighs and green beans and turn it into a restaurant worthy meal without the effort. When got good ingredients on hand, not only does it produce amazing food that night but you are going to want to eat those leftovers, you can't wait to, so less food ends up going in the trash. I really believe that.
