Welcome everyone to the first episode of the Eat, Shop, Waste Not podcast. My name is Eric Samuelson. I have been running my food blog, Eat Like No One Else since way back in 2009.
I call Eat Like No One Else THE PLACE to be to learn how to enhance the way you eat through learning of specialty foods and ingredients and how to make the most amazing food at home. We solidly believe in the "if you teach a man to 🐟 fish…" philosophy.
This podcast is the audio format of my blog. I will be taking you through my best blog posts with additional information in a segment I call "Before You Checkout". These are the last minute tips you will need to make better decisions at the grocery store that will help you save money and waste less food when you bring it home.
New episodes will be published on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
In addition to my normal content I will be interviewing my favorite food producers where you can learn all about their products and find more tips on saving money. We will also talk with other bloggers about grocery shopping. On occasion you might find an episode about on something like my top 10 list of grocery stores you must shop at.
A little background on me, I have been married since 2004, I have 4 kids. We are from Michigan but as of now we travel full time in our camper across the entire United States. I bring my knowledge for this podcast from shopping at every major grocery store chain across the country and many farmer's markets to boot.
Subscribe and come along with us on this journey as we eat, shop, and waste not!
