    πŸ›’ Before You Checkout

What you need to know before you checkout at the grocery store or market:

Unless you plan to only use them for a single recipe, look for larger containers of sesame seeds. This often means looking in the Asian section of the store or in an Asian grocery store. If you look for them the spice section you will often find them in small containers for a poor price. This will last a while so don't worry about not finding them.

If you are a fan of Everything But the Bagel seasoning, you can make your own with any type of sesame seeds along with

    • Poppy seeds
    • Dried minced garlic
    • Dried onion flakes
    • Flaked or coarse sea salt

If you can use a combination of brown, black, and white sesame seeds for contrasting color and flavor.
