Hi everyone. This isΒ Jeri from Winding Creek Ranch. Are you looking for a delicious and easy way to use up some of that rhubarb in your garden? Then you have to make one of my favorite recipes, Raspberry Rhubarb Jam. With its low sugar content, fresh ingredients, and no added preservatives or pectin, this jam is a healthier alternative to store-bought jams.

This small-batch recipe makes enough to fill three small jars and is perfect for spreading on toast, bagels, dinner rolls, or even as a topping for ice cream.

To make this jam, combine raspberries and rhubarb in a large pot with sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer over low heat. Once the jam has thickened and the fruit is soft, pour it into sterilized jars. No water bath canner is needed! The jars are then stored in the fridge or freezer.

Not only is this jam delicious and quick to make, but it's also easy to control the amount of sugar that goes into it.

So if you're looking for a simple and tasty way to use up your rhubarb, give this Raspberry Rhubarb Jam a try!

You can check out the full recipe in the show notes. And if you're looking for more delicious recipes, check out my website,Β windingcreekranch.org, or connect with me on social media. πŸ›’ Before You Checkout

What you need to know before you checkout at the grocery store or market:

If you are having trouble locating rhubarb in the grocery store here is where you can look. A lot of stores will package it right near the strawberries. It may or may not be refrigerated. Some places I see it over by the packaged salads. If can't find in the fresh produce department, go check the frozen section. Not every store will have it.

The best place to buy rhubarb is going to be your farmer's market. I always get it from there unless I have some in my own garden.
