    πŸ›’ Before You Checkout

What you need to know before you checkout at the grocery store or market:

You don't see nearly as many recipes for nectarines as you do peaches. But there is no reason you can't substitute nectarines in any recipe that calls for peaches. If that is what is on sale or simply what you like better, than go ahead and buy them instead. For baked goods I would go with yellow nectarines over the sweet white nectarines because they have more acidity which is good for balancing out the sugar in the pie.
