happythanksgiving One question you may be faced with as you pick out a turkey for the upcoming holiday is whether to buy a fresh one or a frozen one. There are pros and cons to both. A fresh turkey has never been frozen and some believe that it tastes better. However they do cost more money than frozen and there is a greater risk that the turkey could attract bacteria if left out for too long. I am opting for a frozen turkey, with the main reason being money. It will still be delicious despite being frozen. If I were to buy a fresh turkey, I would opt to buy one directly from the farmer, not from a grocery store to ensure the best possible bird.
