    🛒 Before You Checkout

What you need to know before you checkout at the grocery store or market:

Whenever you order meat online you want to check on how long it will take to be delivered. You want to make sure you are home to receive the package or at least able to get to as soon as you can after being delivered.

It's also good to have a plan for what you are going to do with it before you buy. This is especially true with something like pork brisket that you haven't had before. You don't want to let it be buried in your freezer for months because you don't know how you want to cook it.

    📚 Additional Resources

    • Want to give pork brisket a try? You can order it directly from Porter Road.
    • We also used Black Urfa Chili from Burlap & Barrel in the spice rub for the pork. It's an optional ingredient but a delicious one you will want to have on hand.

    Nice to Meet You,
