Once called Flavor Promise grapes, try Grapery's Limited Grapes for sweet, grapes picked at their peak of flavor. I review each variety below. If you love Cotton Candy grapes you will want to check out these varieties as well.
We talked a lot about crazy tasting grapes on this blog.
And let's not forget the weird shaped Moon Drops or Tear Drops.
All of these are grown by favorite grape growers, Grapery.
They also do have some grapes in the more traditional style. That is what you will find with their Limited lineup, in colors of red, green, and black. All of these grapes are sweet, crisp, and flavorful. For sure worth checking out.

π€ Flavor Promise
Originally these grapes were called Flavor Promise. In 2020, they made the decision to change to the name "Limited" as they switched to new packaging to help streamline their product line and increase recognition of their brand.
Below you will find my review of each type of Limited Grape from Grapery.
π΄ Red Limited
Look for them in stores between from mid-August to mid-November
This type is the one I find the most often. Whole Foods Market often will have it on sale at some point during the season.
The variety in the Red Limited bags are currently Sweet Celebration. A large, crisp, sweet grape. You bite into it and juices explode into your mouth. It's actually one of the favorite varieties of Grapery CEO Jim Beagle.
You may see other bags of grapes called Sweet Celebration from other growers at different times of the year. I normally buy them if I see them as I am confident they will be the best tasting red grape at that time. The quality of Grapery's grapes have been the best I have found.
π’ Green Limited
Look for them in stores between from mid July to early October
I found these for the first time at a Hy-Vee store in October. Look for the bright yellow-orange bag. I spotted them the moment I entered the produce department - that's a sign of good packaging.
The variety currently featured is called Sheegene 21. Other growers may be calling this grape "Ivory" or "Sugar Crunch". Again this is a sweet, very firm grape. And once again the best ones I have had are Grapery grown.
β« Black Limited
Look for them in stores between from early August to late October
The variety currently is this line is called Sweet Surrender. It's one of the first Grapery grapes I ever tried. If you are skeptical of black grapes this is the one you should give a try. Firm and sweet.
I have not seen these as often anymore as I did a few years ago. I didn't come across any since 2019.
π Where to Buy
Look for Limited grapes at any place you have found Grapery grapes. You can check out this post to see some possible store locations. Due note that not many stores carry every single one of Grapery's varieties. From what I have observed Sprouts and Hy-Vee have had the greatest selection of Grapery grapes.
π Try All of These Grapes
Grapery is planning on having more delicious grapes in the future. You can learn more about that by listening to my podcast episode - What to Expect from Grapery.
You'll want to give these varieties a try as well.
