Learn about some of my favorite seasonings to use when you are cooking beef.
Want to season whatever type of beef you are cooking to perfection? Let me give you some tips on the best salt, pepper, and other spices to use.
🥩 Salt & Pepper for Steak
It always starts with salt and pepper and sometimes I just end in there! This is especially truth when I am just cooking a flavorful steak like a Ribeye.
My favorite salts and pepper comes from a single origin spice company called Burlap & Barrel. They were featured on Shark Tank in April 2023. Their spices are going to be a lot fresher too as they directly source from the farm, no middle men.
Here are some options:
- Salina Crystal Salt
- Black Lime & Chili Salt
- Black Mineral Salt
- Fermented White Pepper
- Purple Peppercorns
- Zanzibar Black Peppercorns
- Robusta Black Peppercorns
Any of their peppercorns are going to really blow your mind. They are just fantastic. I really enjoy them the most on a steak.
