Kitchen Tools to Make Cooking Easier

The best kind of tools to have in your kitchen will make it easier for you to cook. And those tools all should have multiple uses so that you don't clutter your kitchen up. There is nothing more frustrating then having to search through an overstuffed drawer to find the tool you need.
Any tool you will find on this blog are ones that I use on a regular basis.
Probably the most important tools are my thermometers. I use ones from ThermoWorks because they are the most accurate and high quality thermometers I have tried. I bought some cheaper probe thermometers in the past that didn't last more than a year before they stopped working.

Besides them, the most common tool I use is my box grater. Shredded cheese often contains other added ingredients to keep it from sticking or mold from growing. That can include dextrose which is sugar. So I am always about grating your own cheese. You also have more options then as you can grate any cheese you want not just what is offered in a bag at the store.
