    πŸ›’ Before You Checkout

What you need to know before you checkout at the grocery store or market:

When selecting a roast at the store, try to pick one that looks most uniform in shape. This will help you get a roast that will cook more evenly.

You may also find bottom round steaks at the store. The recipe will work for this as well but they are the size of a steak instead, so it will cook faster and feed less.

Bottom Round roasts are one of, if not the most economical roasts in the store, so they are a great way to save money on beef.
