Multiple Ways to Cook Turkey for Thanksgiving
Everyone wants to successfully prepare a delicious turkey on Thanksgiving day. We want to help make that a reality for you.
The Best Tasting and Least Stressful Turkey
It all begins with choosing the right recipe. Since 2012, I have been making Alton Brown's Dry Brined Butterflied Turkey. The reasons I love it is because it's delicious because of it's 4 days covered in a dry brine of the best spices and seasonings. All of the work for it is done 4 days before Thanksgiving, and just need to slide it in the oven.
What if You Want to Make a Turkey Breast
Interested in just doing a turkey breast? Or does your family run out of white meat and want more. Why not trying making one in the Instant Pot. Quick, easy, and still tasty.
Or try my Dry Brined Turkey Breast. The turkey is removed from the bone, then dry brined for 48 hours before being air fried.
What to Do with Those Leftovers
Sometimes the best part about making a turkey is the leftovers. Two of my favorite recipes are Mini Turkey Shepherd's Pie and Cranberry BBQ Turkey Sliders.
