    Baking with Fruit

Not only do I love to eat the best in season fruit, I also like to bake with it. I have traveled all over the country looking for the best fruit varieties. I say nothing beats a pie baked with the best fruit available right now (whenever right now is for you!).

Here are some of the fruits I have found in my travels that I have baked with:

    • Indian Blood Peaches from Vermont
    • Northern Spy Apples from Michigan
    • Wild Blueberries from Maine
    • Cavendish Strawberries from Wisconsin
    • Tart Cherries from Utah

Below you will find all of my recipes. Here are some of the favorites you won't want to miss:

    • Peach Pie with Streusel Topping
    • Apple Quinoa Crisp
    • Tart Cherry Pie
    • Blueberry Buckle
    • Strawberry Rhubarb Sour Cream Muffins
