    How to Cook Vegetables

Are you tired of the same old veggies? Or maybe just tired of cooking them the same way? Here you will find new veggies to try and new ways to prepare some of your favorites.

Have you ever had any of these veggies:

    • Kalettes
    • Chinese Long Beans
    • Romanesco
    • Purple Potatoes
    • Delicata Squash
    • Wild Ramps
    • French Beans (Haricot Verts)

Roasting or air frying is a great way to cook vegetables. It caramelizes them, bringing out their sweet flavor. Check out these recipes for air frying or roasting.

    • Roasted Asparagus
    • Air Fryer Asparagus
    • Roasted Snap Peas
    • Air Fryer Leeks
    • Roasted Potatoes, Brussels, and Fennel

On my podcast, I do a series that highlights a different vegetable each month. Take a listen to any episode in the series below.
